Online Returns & Exchanges:
HSDT accepts returns on all full-priced items within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, in exchange for a credit note.
  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • We recommend using a reliable, trackable service, as HSDT is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • All return requests must be emailed to info@hsdt.net within 7 business days of receiving your order. Our team will provide a return authorisation and the return address.
Condition requirements:
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with swing tags attached.
  • Footwear must have no sole markings or scratches and be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions (e.g., worn, washed, untagged, damaged) will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Important:
  • No refunds or exchanges are available on sale items, unless faulty or not fit for purpose.
  • Shipping costs for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • All return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and HSDT reserves the right to refuse a return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
We thoroughly quality-check all items before dispatch.If you receive a faulty or damaged product:
  • Email info@hsdt.net as soon as possible with a brief description of the issue and a clear photograph.
  • Once assessed and confirmed by our team, we will arrange a replacement.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.
